Phillies Phunraiser 2024!
The Hive once again descended on Citizens Bank Park, and the only thing more perfect than the weather was the exciting, extra-inning W for the Phils! Thanks to our 150-plus friends for a great night and let’s go, Phils!

Neither rain, nor snow, nor torrential downpours, lightning, and thunder could dampen the spirits of the hive as we descended upon Citizens Bank Park for our second Phillies Phunraiser on August 10th!
Many thanks to our immensely loyal 100-plus phans who came out to the ballpark for a phenomenal night of phamily phun. (Abbreviated - and much wetter - than we’d planned, but wonderful nonetheless!)
A very special shoutout to Tracy Crimmins and her Seeing Eye puppy-in-training, Nara, for making the long trip from North Jersey to the ballpark. Nara gained some valuable experience navigating the crowded concourse, particularly after the rain came.
And thanks especially to the phabulous Phillies for phacilitating our phavorite phunraiser of the year!
LET’S GO PHILS!

Due to many uncertainties surrounding COVID-19, the upward trend in cases, and the ever-changing social landscape, we are sad to announce that Friends for Life: The Roaring 2020’s has been cancelled entirely.
We thank you for your understanding and for your continued support.
Continuing our efforts to contribute to animal welfare organizations in honor of both Jan and Mike, we are happy to announce that Bee A Blessing has donated $1,000 to The Woodford Cedar Run Wildlife Refuge in Medford, NJ.
Cedar Run is a 171 acre wildlife refuge, nature center, and rehabilitation hospital whose overall mission is to serve as a community resource on the importance of protecting and enhancing healthy ecosystems for all. Cedar Run holds a special place in our hearts, as Jan and Mom visited there when Jan was a Girl Scout and Mom was a leader…over 50 years ago :)
We are happy to reconnect with this important organization, and hope that it’s the bee-ginning of a bee-youtiful relationship!

For the second consecutive year, Bee A Blessing has donated $10,000 to the Gift Of Life Family House in Philadelphia, which provides affordable lodging, meals, transportation, and support to organ transplant patients and their families who travel to Philadelphia for transplant-related services.
The check was presented after the Bee A Blessing team cooked and served brunch for guests staying at the Family House. We are honored to continue our relationship with this remarkable organization!
Bee A Blessing has continued its ongoing relationship with The Children’s Organ Transplant Association, donating $2,500 to each of the COTA campaigns for the following four New Jersey children, all organ transplant recipients:
5-year-old Christian Olsen of Bridgewater (kidney)
4-year-old Natalia Rosko of Jackson (liver)
9-year-old Zoey Runtveski of Monroe (liver)
1-year-old Royalty Jackson of Trenton (pancreas, bowel, liver, large intestine)
We are happy to contribute this money in honor of these children, and hope our contribution will provide some financial relief to their families!
Due to the kindness and generosity of our sponsors, donors, and over 200 guests who attended Friends for Life on September 27th … we raised over $20,000! This money will be donated to the Gift of Life Family House and The Children’s Organ Transplant Association, and will help transplant families more easily navigate their transplant journeys. Thanks to everyone for their overwhelming support!
